1. Orders & Cancellations

Once your order is confirmed, our team immediately begins preparing it for shipment to ensure fast international delivery. Because of this, we’re unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed. This helps us manage the logistics of cross-border shipping efficiently.

2. If Something Arrives Damaged

We take great care in quality inspection and packaging before every shipment. In fact, we have never had a defective or damaged product shipped to date. In the unlikely event that something arrives with a material defect or damage (for example, broken during delivery), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our team will coordinate with the manufacturer and delivery partners (e.g. DHL) to confirm the issue and issue a full refund if applicable.

3. Stock Availability

Occasionally, items may sell out quickly. If the product you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll reach out immediately. Some limited-edition or collaboration pieces may also have quantity limits.

4. Shipping & Delivery
